新加坡三大電信業者 Sintel  StarHub  M1

雖然之前做功課，選了 StarHub 的 Prepaid card

但最近突然覺得用卡速度有加快的趨勢

想說真該自己再來研究一下國際電話卡的費率

結果我找到這麼多卡 @@||
